Thank you for supporting our handmade crochet brand! Each piece is carefully crafted with time, attention, and love. Because our products are handmade, shipping times may differ depending on the piece. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales, seasonal holidays or during bank holidays.
We are unable to guarantee changes once an order is placed, however if you need a hand, please email svingi.studio@gmail.com with as many details as possible and we’ll try our best.
Processing Time
All items are handmade to order unless otherwise stated. Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be prepared and packaged before shipment.
Once your label has been created for your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. The tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48-72 hours once a label has been created.
UK Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times once order has been processed:
- Royal Mail TRACKED 24 - Next day delivery aim.
- Royal Mail TRACKED 48 - Two day delivery aim
- EVRI Next Day Delivery - Delivery in 1 working day.
- EVRI Standard Delivery - 2-4 working days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or busy holiday periods.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. However, if your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
